Our CASAR special wire roping covers all your requirements and wishes. More than 20 different designs for various application areas provide the basis for optimal solutions in your business. We offer regular-lay and rotation-resistant ropes. Please tell us your requirements - we will offer you the right wire rope for your application. For more information about all our products, please see the respective Product Details. In addition, we offer eight standard ropes and strands made of stainless steel. They differ in their strain and flexibility. Our 18 X 7+WSC version is rotation-resistant and especially suitable for hoists and lifting tackles. If you need a jacketing, such option is available in models 1x19 (DIN 3053), 7 x 7 and 7 x 19 EN 12385-4:2002 (formerly DIN 3055/3060). In addition, you can select chain slings conforming to DIN EN-818-4 of grade 8 according to your requirements and specifications. For us, chain inspections of all kinds and, if necessary, on-site tests are a matter of course. This also applies to our round link chains. The associated accessories include links, hooks and lashing chains.
We deliver guide ropes conforming to EN 13414-1 and grommet rings conforming to EN 13414-3. Please name your application range - we will be glad to advise you.
Our textile lifting tackles will not disappoint you - since the lifting belts are manufactured in accordance with prEN 1492-1 and colour-coded according to the CEN standard. To ensure the maximum safety and reliability, our one-, two, and four-layer polyester belts are reinforced with polyurethane. Moreover, our product range includes round slings and round sling hangers in 1-, 2- or 4-strand versions, as well as lashing belts of any desired length.

For general purposes, we also offer long- and short-link stainless-steel chains made of material 1.4401 according to standards DIN 763 and DIN 766, or even stainless steel chains of grade 6. Depending on the assembly, they are also for carrying and lifting of loads of up to 13 t.
In addition, we supply the complete range of stainless-steel chain accessories, such as links, hooks, shackles and hanging rings or attaching-point elements.
If our standard products do not cover your field of tasks, we will find an individual solution for you. Our all-round service ensures maximum satisfaction of our customers. As a first-class contact with many years of experience and the highest level of consultation expertise from our trained staff, we also support you in selecting the right product, and will assist you in on-site assembly on request. The result is real custom tailoring and precision. We process ropes from 1.0 mm up to xx mm and can roller-coat stainless-steel terminals onto ropes from 3.0 mm to 26.0 mm diameter. Depending on the application, we use rope clip presses from our affiliated company SAHM-SPLICE or rolling machines from Wireteknik and TOP-REEF for machining the high-quality products from Blue Wave. In this way, we are in a position to create any terminations, to facilitate a flexible product manufacturing.
