In Stainless steel range We can offer you products from the following categories: stainless steel wire ropes, stainless steel end fittings, stainless steel snap hooks, stainless steel thimbles, stainless steel chains, stainless steel eyebolts and eye nuts as well as stainless steel shackles.
However, if you need completely individual products for your needs, we can offer you through our Product configurators in the area of sling chains, sling ropes and architectural ropes, you have the opportunity to put together your own product. The special feature of the "Prepayment" payment method is that the order is only processed after receipt of payment. Failure to pay will result in an automatic cancellation of your order. We will only charge your PayPal account once your order has been handed over to a shipping service provider or when you pick up your order from us. We will not debit your PayPal account until then.
You can also pay with your company credit card: We offer the option of paying with both Mastercard and Visa. After you place your online order, the total amount of your order will be authorized, meaning the amount is blocked on your credit card. We will only charge your credit card after your order has been handed over to a shipping service provider or after you have picked it up yourself.
You can also pick up your order on site and pay in cash.

In our online business, we work with the shipping service DPD and the freight forwarding company Dachser. If the weight of your ordered products is less than 31.5 kg, we will transfer your order to the shipping service DPD as standard shipping. If the total weight of your order exceeds 31.51 kg, we will transfer your order to the freight forwarding company Dachser.
If the total order value exceeds €2,000, we will cover the shipping costs for you. Please note that delivery is only possible within Germany.

Of course, you can also pick up your order in Bremerhaven or Wismar free of charge. Simply change the shipping method to "Pickup".“ on your order overview page. - How can I place an online order?Complete the processing of an online order
To process an online order, you must be registered and logged into your business account. After logging in, simply add the desired item to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
The information you provided during registration, such as your delivery and billing address, is already stored in your business account. "Prepayment" is also your default payment method after registration. If you would like to change your payment method, simply click on the "Payment Methods" section in your business account and change the desired payment method. You can also change the payment method during the online order process in the order overview.
Once you have submitted your online order by clicking the "Order with payment" button, your order will be processed immediately – except for advance payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as possible. You will also receive an email from us when your order is ready for shipment or has already been handed over to the shipping service provider – including the tracking number, of course, so you always know where your shipment is.
If you provided an invoice email address during registration, you will receive your invoice conveniently via email after the order has been invoiced. Otherwise, we will send the invoice by post to the billing address you provided.

Yes, you can easily view the status of your online order under “Orders” in your business account.
- Can I cancel my online order?Cancel your online order

Of course, you can use the DPD shipping service to track your shipment. Simply enter your tracking number in the "Parcel label number" field on this page.
You will find your tracking number on your shipping confirmation, which you will receive by email.

If there is a valid reason for cancellation, the return shipping is of course free of charge. Please contact us either by phone or email so we can send you the return label. You will receive a credit for your order using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. Please note that we can only issue a credit note after we have received the goods.
