For fastening the cable reliably to the winch wire when pulling telecommunication and power cables into cable shafts, conduits, trenches, onto racks, etc.
Cable and wire pulling stockings are used for pulling, tightening and moving all types of heavy cables and conduits. Tightening is enabled through placing the stocking on the pull object.
