In addition, we offer eight standard ropes and strands made of stainless steel. They differ in strain strength and flexibility. Our 18 X 7+WSC version is rotation-resistant and especially suitable for hoists and lifting tackles. If you need a jacketing, such option is available in models 1x19 (DIN 3053), 7 x 7 and 7 x 19 EN 12385-4:2002 (formerly DIN 3055/3060). Our service also includes assembly of chain slings of grades 8, 10, and 12, in accordance with European standards. To this end, it is self-evident for us to carry our chain inspections - both at our workshop and at the customers’.
For general purposes, we also offer long- and short-link stainless-steel chains made of material 1.4401 according to standards DIN 763 and DIN 766, or even stainless steel chains of grade 6. Depending on the assembly, they are also suitable for carrying and lifting of loads of up to 13 t.
In addition, we supply the complete range of stainless-steel chain accessories, such as links, hooks, shackles and hanging rings or attaching-point elements.
We also offer straight and curved shackles made of stainless steel and provided with threaded bolts. Our special shackles are made of high-tensile stainless steel and are available in three versions: shape A with eye bolt, shape B with pin and slotted bolt, and shape C with long pin and cotter pin hole. The high-tensile stainless steel shackles are available in a curved and straight version. Moreover, you can purchase snap hooks in eight sizes (however, they are not suitable for load carrying and lifting), wire rope clips and thimbles.
In addition, we offer high-tensile Green Pin shackles required for fastening and connecting. No matter what tonnage or shape you need, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you want to purchase special shackles, we can produce them in various materials in different sizes.
