SHIPPING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

In our online business, we work with the shipping service DPD and the freight forwarding company Dachser. If the weight of your ordered products is less than 31.5 kg, we will transfer your order to the shipping service DPD as standard shipping. If the total weight of your order exceeds 31.51 kg, we will transfer your order to the freight forwarding company Dachser.

Please note that delivery is only possible within Germany.

You will receive a notification email when your order has been handed over to the shipping service provider DPD or Dachser – including a tracking number.
